FAQ
Can I bring my bag into the venue?
The wardrobe space in the venue is very limited so we would ask you to bring only your necessities.
Can I store my fursuit at the event?
We do not have a full fursuit lounge but we will provide a head drop off.
Are the tickets personalized?
No, the tickets only contain the order number, the ticket id and the qr code. If you cannot attend you can just give the ticket to a friend.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payment through creditcard, Klarna, Revolutpay and iDEAL. All payments are processed through Stripe, in case there are any problems with your payment, please send us an e-mail at support@2210.events
What is included in the ticket?
The ticket includes access to the Project VRMN Party with a wristband.
Can I bring my own drinks?
This year the venue organizes the bar and therefore bringing drinks is not allowed. We have arranged water for the fursuiters of course.
Are you affiliated with the Eurofurence e.V.?
No, we are not.
